We released our new Fun Hater’s Sour Seltzer w/ Raspberry a little over a week ago and it’s been a hit! (Thank you!)

However, you may be wondering why our Seltzer isn’t crystal clear like those from the big guys—good question!

Aside from the fact that our Fun Hater’s seltzers are sour, we’re also taking a slightly different approach to how we introduce our flavors. We don’t use fruit “flavor”, essence or extracts which are necessary to achieve crystal clear seltzers. Instead, we use real fruit which will provide rich colors and a slight haze. More importantly, real fruit provides real fruit flavor while avoiding that chemical or medicinal fake fruit flavor that you may find in some seltzers.

In our opinion, a little color and a little haze is well worth it. Cheers!
