Join us Friday, August 15th at Severance Brewing Co. for the 2025 SEUW Brew Launch Party from 3-6PM. Try the 2025 SEUW Brew and support Sioux Empire United Way! This year's SEUW Brew is a Tropical Sour, an ale with dragon fruit, passion fruit & mango.

Severance will donate $1 to SEUW for every beer sold during the launch party. The SEUW Brew will also be available in select stores throughout the Sioux Empire, with $1 from each four-pack sold benefiting SEUW.

Four New Beers will be Tapped:

  1. Re-Berried Inhibitions | Fruited Gose | 4.7% ABV - A heavily fruited sour ale with marionberry, boysenberry, blood orange and sea salt. There "gose" your inhibitions.

  2. Cascade Chronicles: Cascade Cougar | Hazy IPA | 6.1% ABV - A hazy IPA with Eclipse and Tango hops for tropical fruit aroma followed by grapefruit, stone fruit and slightly piney flavors.

  3. PBC Uprising (On Nitro) | Peanut Butter & Salted Caramel Amber Ale | 5.7% ABV - Tired of being relegated to stouts and porters, peanut butter and salted caramel shine in this smooth amber ale on nitro. The third of beertender Larry's homebrew recipes to be brewed at Severance!

  4. Narwhals Wear Cashmere | West Coast IPA | 6.1% ABV - An incredibly smooth West Coast IPA with earthy and herbal aroma and resinous, sweet nectar flavors made possible with Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Cashmere hops.

Michael Palascak is a comedian who grew up in Wabash, Indiana, began his career in Chicago and now resides in LA. He performed on both The Late Late Show with James Corden and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in the same year.

In addition, his resume includes A Little Late with Lilly Singh, Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Conan, has a Comedy Central Half Hour special, and was a Top 5 Finalist on Last Comic Standing where one judge claimed, “My first impression of Michael was a great likability. This is a guy that could star in a sitcom.”
