You've heard of boba teas, but have you heard of Boba Beer?! Sioux Falls Science Pub will be here Tues, Nov 14 at 7 PM for a Boba & Beer presentation you won't want to miss! You'll event get to make your own spheres and experiment with different flavor combinations using ingredients that can be mixed with beers.
Have you ever wondered if the little red spheres on your sushi were really caviar (fish eggs)? Or what those beads are at the bottom of your boba tea or the beads you are putting on top of your ice cream? Come to this month's installment of the Sioux Falls Science Pub to learn about the process of spherification, the technique of making small caviar-like spheres that can be added to foods (like ice cream and sushi) or even a brew to give it that little extra burst of flavor.
