Cap off St. Paddy’s Day with an Irish-themed Beer Dinner featuring Chef Ellen and craft beers from Severance Brewing. Seats are limited, so act fast to get your ticket!

The Menu

Appetizer: Dublin Delights
Roast potato round with sauerkraut, Irish banger, and apple gastrique.

Soup: Leek and Potato Soup
Pureed leek and potato soup, finished with crème fraîche and served with soda bread.

Main Dish: Irish Stout Braised Lamb Shank
Lamb Shanks braised in Severance’s new Dry Irish Stout, tomato and hearty vegetables, served over colcannon

DessertBailey’s Pots de Creme
Bailey's Pots de Creme with chocolate whipped cream, Irish shortbread, and raspberry sauce

About CHEF ELLEN

Chef Ellen grew up in Sioux Falls, SD spending many nights around the dinner table with her family. After cooking as a hobby for several years, she moved to Colorado to attend the Auguste Escoffier School for Culinary Arts in Boulder, graduating in 2014. Rooted in Sioux Falls, she moved home shortly after graduation and working in area restaurants before taking a hiatus and starting a family. 

In 2018, Chef Ellen: Personal Chef Services started as an in-home personal chef service focusing on food allergy and specialty diets, and quickly evolved to include meal delivery easily adapted to personal preferences. 

Passionate about sharing her love for food and building a strong local food culture, Chef Ellen enjoys getting involved in area events. She now lives in the home she grew up in with her husband and two children, sharing dinner around the table in the same dining room, making new memories.
